We are proud to announce that Andrew Wilson has been invited to speak at the ICM Law Conference, which is being held on Thursday 27 November at the Law Society in London.
The conference, which is being chaired by ICM’s corporate legal partner, Freeths, will focus on the changes to the legal system over the past 12 months and will provide invaluable advice from leading figures in the legal and insolvency professions.
Andrew will be outlining the impact of the new legislation which was introduced to the enforcement industry in April of this year and the effect it has had on the bailiff sector as a whole.
It should be noted that the ICM is the accredited awarding body for the ICM/HCEOA Level 2 Enforcement Agents qualification in Taking Control of Goods and the HCEO Level 4 & 5 professional qualification leading to authorisation.
