Quick enforcement
A Possession Order issued by the County Court can often take several months to be enforced whilst your losses and risk to your property continue to grow.
High Court enforcement can be a much quicker process. When you instruct us, we will apply to the High Court for a Writ of Possession. Once the Writ has been issued, we have the power to enter your property and take the required steps to remove the occupants, returning control to you.
Ethical enforcement
Our experienced team understand the need for discretion and empathy when handling these cases. We appreciate that these matters can be emotive and we take the necessary steps to ensure they are managed professionally at all times.
A Notice is provided to the defendant to give them a full understanding of the process and when the possession will be taking place.
