The Sholing Reds U10 football team will strike off their season in style with brand new kits, proudly sponsored by Andrew Wilson & Co.
One of our Enforcement Officers learned the team had been struggling to secure sponsorship when his son joined as a new player. He knows that his employers are keen to have a positive impact in the communities they serve and hoped they would consider sponsoring these committed young players. His son was excited about joining the team because they’ve a reputation locally for being a very successful club whilst promoting fun along the way!
The manager approached Sarah Roscoe, Managing Director who was very pleased to have the opportunity to support the team.
“These boys have exceptionally high standards and work hard for the success they’ve had, amidst tough competition! That dedication is something we certainly understand at Andrew Wilson & Co. and we wanted to make sure this team had everything they needed to enjoy this season”.
The manager of Sholing Reds U10s, Scott Rawlings is very grateful with the generosity of the sponsorship which covered the costs of home and away kits, the goalie kits, team tracksuits, rain jackets and new footballs. He has trained the team since they were six years old and feels this is going to be an exciting year for them as they move up to under 10s with some new talented players coming into the squad through the summer. They play in the Eastleigh District Mini Soccer League in the top R1 division and have a couple of players also training with football academies.
“It’s the huge commitment (and many muddy training sessions!) from the boys that has helped them develop, learn and improve as players. It means a lot to them to be supported by a company who are kind enough to kit them out.”
Scott said that dealing with Andrew Wilson & Co. has been a pleasure and he was impressed with how easy they made the whole process. Once Sarah Roscoe had agreed to sponsor the team, the kit was ordered and paid for very promptly.
