Individuals experiencing enforcement action can now access free help and advice on a wide range of topics thanks to a partnership initiative between the Civil Enforcement Association (CIVEA) and National Support Network (NSN).
CIVEA is the trade association that represents enforcement agencies in England and Wales, including Wilson & Roe. The enforcement industry has a duty of care to ensure that all debtors are treated fairly, and that vulnerable people are able to access any extra assistance they may need to handle their case.
The NSN online support hub connects people to information on support services, quickly and easily. On completing a search on the site, they will be shown available support options and can connect with support directly through the portal.
The portal links with various organisations offering free independent debt and financial advice and provides information and resources for people seeking advice on a wide range of topics, including mental health, work, housing and benefits, family matters and more.
