Recover the Rent Payments Owed to You
Our team of enforcement agents across England and Wales are authorised to recover rent, interest and VAT payable under a commercial property lease without the need to go to court.

The CRAR Process
- Once we have received your instruction, and a copy of the relevant lease, we will issue a Notice of Enforcement to the debtor which gives them seven clear days to make the outstanding payment.
- If the debt is still unpaid after seven clear days, one of our enforcement agents will attend the property to collect payment in full.
- If the agent does not obtain the full payment, they have the power to take control, store and dispose of goods to recover the money owed.
Commercial Lease Forfeiture
Where there are no prospects of rent recovery or your tenant has breached the terms of their lease, the tenancy agreement will normally give you, as the landlord, the right to reclaim the property via peaceable re-entry.
We can help you to reclaim your property within 48 hours of instruction.
Reclaiming Your Property
Once instructed, we will prepare all the necessary notices and arrange for a professional locksmith to accompany our enforcement agents as they secure your property.
We will take an inventory of the relevant goods and provide a photographic inventory if needed. Additionally, we can provide security recommendations to prevent the tenant re-entering the premises and to protect the property from trespassers during any vacant period.
