Complaints & Disputes

We do our very best to provide a high-quality service to all our clients and conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times.

If you are a client concerned about the way your case is being handled or wish to dispute our invoice, you should raise this with your Relationship Manager or by contacting our office directly. Should you wish to cancel your instruction, upon request we will provide any relevant return or certificate within 7 days.

If you are a debtor or a third party and wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of your dealings with us, please email wr@wilsonandroe.com or write to us at 26 Missouri Avenue, Salford, Manchester M50 2NP.

Complaints received by us will be acknowledged and dealt with within 7 days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can refer the matter to the High Court Enforcement Officers Association by writing to: The Complaints Officer, High Court Enforcement Officers Association, Suite S31 Northwich Business Centre, Meadow Street, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5BF or emailing complaints@hceoa.org.uk.
