We're delighted to share that Jennifer Martindale, our Collections and Post-Enforcement Executive, has passed the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) Taking Control of Goods Level 2 exam with flying colours.

Working for Wilson & Roe since May 2021, Jennifer is a key member of the arrangements team. She puts her natural communication skills to good use by negotiating payment arrangements with debtors which supports our enforcement agents in recovering monies owed.

Jennifer's busy home life with her three older children meant that a change of routine was needed to free up some valuable study time. She explains, "I would batch cook meals for the week on Sundays, so I could revise during my lunch breaks and for a couple of hours every evening after work. My colleagues at Wilson & Roe were really supportive and helped to test my knowledge before the exam."

Passing the exam, which includes topics such as the laws relevant to enforcement agents and dealing with vulnerable people, brings Jennifer a step closer to her dream of working on the road with the enforcement team.

She says, "I am incredibly proud of myself for passing the exam, and especially because it is something I did for me. I think it will open new doors for me in my career."

Wilson & Roe's Client Relationship and Collections Manager, Lauren Greaves, had no doubts that Jennifer would succeed, and comments:

"We're really pleased for Jennifer passing her Level 2. She has been so dedicated to her revision, yet doing it so effortlessly alongside her role in the arrangements team. We had no doubt she would pass with flying colours with the fire in her belly and an immense passion to do her best. Jennifer is very dedicated to her career and aspirations to become an enforcement officer, striving to always do what's best for Wilson & Roe and their clients. Congratulations again, Jennifer."
