Wilson & Roe wouldn't be where it is today without our fantastic team of both office and field-based staff.
One of the ways in which we maintain our place at the forefront of the industry is by ensuring that all of our employees receive regular training and the chance to refresh their skills.
At the end of July, we hosted a training day at our head office in Salford which was attended by our enforcement agents. Covering topics including property, vulnerable debtors, conflict management and the latest industry updates, this was a great opportunity for our agents to brush up on their knowledge and discuss any challenges they have been facing.
Of course, no training session would be complete without a chance to relax and socialise. To thank our enforcement agents for their hard work and dedication and for being – we think – the best in the industry, we enjoyed an evening out with some very lively games of darts.
